Found this

You can manual adjust them as well.

Open bonnet and you should see 2 cog wheels per light, you can access them from above at the slam panel. The outer ones control left/right. Turn the cog with a flat screwdriver to the drivers side to move them to the right. Opposite for left.

Turn the inner wheel to the right to raise the light pattern, turn left to lower.

If you can, park facing a garage or wall. Fit old lights and use tape to show where your light beam is for height. Fit new lights and adjust till your light beam is the same as the ones removed.

Stew, as part of the MOT adjusting headlights is the one thing they are allowed to do.

I have adjusted mine recently. I Phillips screwdriver fits the cog. Remember one complete revolution of the screwdriver only turns the adjuster 1/6th of a turn. Mine needed loads of winding to get them up.The other thing to remember is turning the screwdriver anti-clockwise is turning the adjuster clockwise.

If you read the workshop manual it say you need to adjust both screws evenly but as Wiggs has said one does the height one does the position.
