do you want the full FCO spec? if so, you'll need £130k+ and about 12 months while they develop / tool up for the kit..... meanwhile, as you probably know, other options are available 'off the shelf'

... I'm up there in late Nov doing a music event... I will fly and get an armoured cab from the local military airport then.

An insider at Hertz recently told me that they only have D3s at LHR. I wonder if that's correct. And I wonder what the daily rate is for a D3??
