10 Year Service

Hi all,
My new to me D3 is I guess in pretty typical condition mechanically, has been annually serviced locally by the last owner, with MOT work and essential repairs. It is a 2005 on 98,000 miles, drives lovely, but with the odd suspension knock.
Whilst it would probably pass an MOT as is, I want to get it back to as near perfect as I can before I start using it as a main vehicle. I would also like to hit the main trouble spots with preventative maintenance where I can.
I have been working on a list of jobs for my mechanic to sort, and have come up with the following, split over three separate hits to make it more manageable.
Despite this wonderful resource on here, and much digging around, I would still like to run my list past you guys for your valuable input.

First Service
Replace pollen filter
Replace fuel filter element
Drain fuel sedimentor
Check anti-freeze
Replace air cleaner
Check drive belts
Replace engine oil and filter
Replace automatic gearbox oil and filter
Replace transfer box oil 75W90 Special Transfer Fluid
Shell TFO753
Replace differential oil F & R 75W90 GL5 / SAF-XO
Check EAS compressor inlet filter
Visual check suspension / mechanics

Repairs
Replace front brakes with V8 discs & carriers £190 kit incl VAT
Replace front brake pads & sensors
Replace rear brake pads & sensors
Check & lubricate electric parking brake
Replace both front to rear brake pipes
Replace brake fluid?
Replace both Front lower suspension arms £204 kit incl VAT
Replace Rear anti-roll bushes & fit spacers
Replace Offside rear top suspension inner bush

105,000 mile / 7 year Service
Replace F&R Cambelts, tensioners, Idler pulleys
Replace Water Pump
Replace Oil Pump
Replace ancillary drive belts
Replace Glow plugs?

Notes:
I still have the EGR valves fitted, but these were replaced recently, so on the back burner to blank for now.
I am not sure about the need to replace the oil pump as some sources say 06 & 07 only?
Glow plug replacement is I appreciate very specialised.
I have a lubricant spec and some ‘How To’ guides on the finer points off here for my mechanics info, although he is very capable and totally trusted.

Thanks in anticipation of comments guys Smile

I would still blank the EGRs, even if they are new. This will stop the engine being forced to breath its own Censored and preserve the EGRs under the blanks (when they fail they can rattle, even under the blanks).

Only replace glowplugs when you need to, as they can be nightmare to remove.

Robbie,
I had new EGR valves fitted a few months ago rather than go emulator route. I wasn't sure of what to do so went this way at the time as car wouldn't run and was desperate.
Do I understand that blanks can be fitted, and is this on top of EGR valves so that they still work but dont re circ Censored

I've no idea what you own as you have not filled in your vehicle profile. All UK D3s can be blanked, with MY07+ D3s requiring some form of emulation / remap to remove the dash warning. The EGRs can be merrily doing their thing under the blanks, but not passing dirty air.
