Renewing EPB Shoes
Having new rear discs, pads and handbrake shoes fitted tomorrow and have heard something about bedding in the shoes.

AFAIK - yes, it needs to be done in order to properly calibrate the unit.
Yes. It basically consists of applying the park brake while driving (at a low speed) 10 times. Full details are in Bodsy's Brake Bible (EPB has to be in bedding in mode).
