Wing Mirror - is this a broken clip?
Wife hit a van this morning with wing mirror. Tried in vain to clip this back on but can't. Is it a broken clip?

I had a problem with my old D3 driver's mirror after I replaced it. I think I damaged it and it tended to rattle around a bit. Sorted with a bead of silicon then re-fitted it
