no advisories at all and the whole MoT took the guy 18 minutes and he said nothing I can find here

Must be a good week for MOT.
Mine got through as well, clean bill of health with not so much as an advisory.
55 plate on 175k. Examiner even commented that he liked my rear lights!

18 minutes. The brake test takes that long Freelander SE 2005 Auto.
