D4 Intercooler Removal Refit Write-up?

Hi Guys/Gals,

I'm starting to think my D4 is suffering from similar problems as the old D3 was with a (partially) blocked intercooler and was wondering if anyone on here has done a write up similar to my Allisport intercooler one (http://www.disco4.com/forum/topic52622.html) so I can see what's involved in removing/refitting the D4 full height fridge before I dive in myself.

Anyone?
