Good as new!!
We had forum member Lewis4 down over the weekend and he has just got his new disco4! The car came into his the dealers filthy. They had washed it off and it looked okay but still needed attention, a lot of it!! After doing dads car the other day, I decided to do Ian's too, as for some strange reason I find washing and polishing cars very relaxing and calming!
Before we started there was huge swirl marks all over the car, these were very obvious. It was covered in tar and there were some scratches in a few different places over the car. After working on it all day I finally finished about 5/5.30. I was amazed!! It looked like a totally different car!! I used dads DA polisher, with different polishes and 'creams' to help bring the best out in the paint.

Yesterday afternoon I then received this email from Ian, I think this say how much of a difference it had made....

just reading Ian's note of thanks and wondering can you explain what parts you taped up and for what reason?
i got a DA with some meguiars ultimate compound (i think) for Christmas but have't got round to using it yet, wondering if i also need to get some masking tape to site along side it till i get off my backside and do it!XC90 T8 R Design Pro
