Changed the Gear Selector Linkage, Got a full kit from Advanced Factors for a total of £28.20. Utter bargain considering what a difference it makes!

Also changed all wheel nuts as most of them dont fit a 22m socket anymore so had to resort to "percusive maintenance" and also changed all the locking nuts, which was a good as 2 of them fell to bits when I got them off.

I noticed my own nuts getting tight when doing the brakes a few weeks ago. Where do people source new ones from?

Partially done two mods.
A permanent spare wheel wrench extension
Sunglasses holder
Neither went very well. I bought the wrong size extension for the wheel wrench mod and due to having a massive head, my sunglasses barely fit in the holder. They'll do though for a tenner! Spent more on the incorrect extension bar
Had a stone hit the windscreen and watched the crack develop and spread as I drove home.........
So the saga of having a new heated screen fitted begins..........think I will leave it 'til after Xmas!! ------------------------------

Replaced broken glove box light switch, 2 minute job. My OCD was starting to kick in cause everything has to work as it should. Many thanks to Harriet at Metal Monster Junk for sending out the switch to me, excellent service as usual.
