Fitted a traval boot mat and some proper OCD valve caps!
Just make sure that you've put some vaseline or equivalent on the threads. I know of one site sponsor who is all too frequently changing valves when these things corrode on. Ally cap vs. steel valve thread.

Best to keep an eye on your new tyre valve caps. One of mine "bonded" onto the valve stem. Then snapped the valve stem o when I tried to remove the cap with a small socket & wratchet. Result flat tyre & a trip to my local tyre repair shop. Fitter said " Yes I get a lot of this problem. "! He said "that the alloy in the cap reacts with the metal in the tyre valve then the two can't be separated" So he managed to remove the remaining 3 caps & replaced them with black plastic caps. So keep aye on yours remove & clean lubricate them regularly . I only missed a couple of months of removing them to check pressures but the deed was done! Cheers

Posted elsewhere on the forum but hey, I love it! Edit: New wheels
I fitted a heated steering wheel but had a bit of a problem getting it working reliably. A couple of days of alcohol later and I'm ready to take it on again man to wheel.FFRR 2017 4.4SDV8 Autobiography. Cost so much I must be mad!

This afternoon I fitted the charger socket in the front grill to allow the MXS 5.0 to work without the bonnet up to ensure that SWMBO doesn't get into it and it wont start !!
Also (Thanks to the cable from this site and the advice therein ) reset the faults on the FBH, tested it and succeed in getting it to fire up properly
Hopefully it will stay like that but feel equipped at least to diagnose it now !
Next step is to get a remote and install it - perhaps next weekend ! just got to decide which one of the many options will work best for us

Removed my chrome wing mirrors skin cover that came with the car when purchased and stuck on a pair of full fit colour coded covers I bought from lrparts.net (decent price and fast delivery).
Prefer the look now to the chromes that was on it.
