Yesterday, the fault light on the dash got the better of me, so got under the car, and took the suspension compressor off. Into the kitchen I trot, much to the annoyance of SWMBO, and stripped down the air dryer and compressor unit, replaced all the seals, gaskets, silica gel, which was half dust, and the other half was one lump...!
Happy days, I thought, until light came back on...!
IID tool, plugged in, same code. Not filling with air quick enough. Soooooo, next hour or so, chasing round car with a spray bottle, only to find, where I had pushed the outlet pipe back in, I had nicked it just enough, for it to leak. 30 seconds later, and a little trim with a stanley blade, no leaks, and car is going up and down, like a kid on a bouncy castle...! Psycho by name, chilled by nature....!

Today I finally got around to removing the 20" rims and replacing them with 19's shod with Pirelli ATR's. Brand new ones on the rear and nearly new on the front. They perfectly suit my needs, as I drive up to 25k miles pa, but go off-road to some extent every week.
I decided I'd get some use out of the oe fit 20's. As I encountered very little mud during my off-roading since I got the Landmark, they've been fine. I never got stuck, but I did slip and slide a bit a couple of times and once had to back out of a muddy section and walk. I may well fit them again next summer, they've worn surprisingly well over the 7.5k miles that they've done now.
I also fitted the LR (Mantec) sump plate that I originally got for my 2014 model from Ken. Plus, I at last got around to buying seat covers (Inka) for the front and second row.
So I'm ready for the mud and grime now.

Changed all the interior bulbs for LED's. Then did an oil and filter change, air filter change. Will do the fuel filter next week when my fingers have thawed out. Psycho by name, chilled by nature....!

Had EPB jam
Emergency release jammed.
Couldn't move it -AA called and went to work leaving SWMBO in charge!
Normal patrol spent 2 hours trying what I had - no joy.
Low loadervrecivery couldn't get into my lane
Local recovery couldn't assist
So JLR technician called by AA - after an hour - he suggested he needed to cut the cables
But He gave computer reset one more go!
Got enough movement to limp it 2.5 miles to my local indie
- sorry earliest he said he could look at it is next Thursday
Then call from Indy to say - I've spoken to SWMBO - we will try to do it Tuesday
But module is knackered! Then asked if I was sitting - that'll be £800 ish all in to get it sorted.
Thinking not too bad? Also have added bonus of AA BRC so they'll cover the first £500.
So all in all could have been worse.Learning everyday!

Well, not strictly today, but last week.....too busy to post at the time.
Quite a few little changes.
Side vents replaced with black ones. I found a set on the net for £20 and just sprayed with primer and then black so I can keep my originals in case I go off the idea! Was a bit apprehensive about damaging originals on removal due to force required to pull them, so managed to get a very long screwdriver down the back to push the centres of the retaining clips down, so they would pop out more easily.
Side repeaters replaced with smoked. (from ebay through LR trade parts) Found the metal spring steel that holds them in was not such great quality and just deformed when pushing them in, but easily reworked back in to shape again.
Sidelights replaced with LED's. I am aware of the good reports from some sponsors on here, but was wandering round Halfrauds and thought I would give theirs a go for the sake of letting people see them. Happy with result, photo shows comparison with one done.
Stuck some in the interior for good measure, what a difference!
Finally, added a Brodit Proclip for the Tomtom as us cheapskates with GS's don't have the rubbish inbuilt Satnav........
All easy stuff. Welcome any thoughts on the side vents, would not have bothered if I didn't have the privacy glass, but I think it keeps it all uniform.2010 D4 GS

Professorpool,
Found it on ebay, new for £15.18, it was through Fleetwyse-store. They were showing as only having 1 in stock, but just had a look and showing up again. Delivered very quickly too.
I think they are around £20 or so elsewhere. Very good fit, it does have 2 strips of double sided tape, but I have not used them, as I like to be able to remove it if required. It is very secure even without the tape, doesn't move at all. I did stick the Tomtom to it with tape as the model I have has a non removable ball joint suction cup sticking out the back. Brodit do lots of mounts for individual specific devices that then attach to the dash mount.

That's brilliant thank you!
Want it for mounting my ipad mini when off roading and displayin OS maps.
The various stick on, suction, air vent mounts have all been utter crap to be honest!
