the amount of times I've had my front discs replaced (or will need replacing again)
The petrol tanker it sometimes seems to have a need to be towing
the short radio time (same as Gareth)

I feel the radio volume button on the steering wheel is in the wrong place

The duplicated controls on the dash niggles me, multiple hard buttons all within the same reach along with soft buttons for the same. 3 clocks all within eyesight too and each of these will have taken R&D and development time to implement its just not logical to me.
Oh and for taller people like myself the way you have to duck to see the warning light section of the dash as the steering wheel blocks its view.

A one wipe of the front windscreen without taking it out of auto... (I always forget to knock it back up one)

The way in heavy rain all the water from the windscreen is swept onto the drivers side window effectively blocking the visibility of the drivers door mirror! Blinking dangerous on the motorway when you're trying to change lanes... But look at the passenger mirror at the same time and it's clear as a bell! Aaaaargghh.,
