Anybody else had problems with the vanity mirrors covers. The passenger side one fell off some time ago and wouldn't go back on so on the final service prior to Warranty expiration I had it replaced. Now the driver's one has fallen off - it is not as if we ever used them but it is a pita!!! There appears to a bit of a flap only about 10mm wide and 2/3 mm deep which has come adrift along the edge of the cover. .
