it is a few years old now so does have some wear and age related marks on it as per the pic and doesn't have the built in security cable anymore:

It does need the 2" receiver version of the removeable tow hitch either LR040248 or KNB500023 as per:

Both are heavy items with the bike carrier being about 25KG and the hitch receiver about 7KG so it's probably collection only

Bike rack
Hello, Iv been looking for a bike rack and also a toe bar.
Is this a detachable tow bar your selling along with the bike carrier? Also how many bikes can it hold? Cheers.

Hi there, bike rack takes up to four bikes. It needs a 2" square hitch receiver which is the U.S. Standard I believe, not the same as the UK tow ball type but I am selling one of the correct type for the bike rack if needed in addition to it and theeeeennn......???

Ok no problem I think it's going to work out to much for me then as o still need to get a tow bar on top off all this. If I didn't need the extra bit I may have considered it then. Cheers for the reply
