operating on leased premises on one of our sites that has the kit & offers the service..
& has done this for about 3 or four years..
his comments are "worth the risk on an old & otherwise knackered engine vehicle" "but wouldn't do it as a routine on something that isn't potentially knackered"
...most of the fine crap goes into the sump oil via pistons & past piston rings.
definitely not on my 93k D3 BREXIT - done properly.
