Mud?
Dealer asked whether I had been off-roading lately. Fearing the worst, I asked why. He send me this in response.

There was more under the sump plate when I changed it for uncle Ray's one. Now, admittedly, there was some (a lot) of mud, but I thought I had removed it with a thorough pressure wash. Is there a way to avoid this?RLD Sump Guard

Well, not really - just take the plates off after a muddy trip and give it a good clean - if you feel the need.
Mine used to go to the dealers covered in mud and they weren't bothered - in fact quite the opposite - liked to see it used properly!Mark.

given the limited options to properly off-road here, they admitted not seeing this too often. Dirty yes, not covered in mud inside and out. In any case, am know now as the Mud-guy.RLD Sump Guard
