Keen to hear this myself.
I just got a quote from the local indy this lunchtime for steps and fitting for £445 inc VAT.
The price broke down as £275 for the side steps (+VAT) and then £90 (+VAT) to fit.
I know the steps will be decent items if the indy supplies them, but I would like to sense check them for prices.

In contrast, I ordered these and fitted them (with some help) in around 2 hours for the grand total of £130
Good quality fixings, good instruction (though check out PowerfulUK's video) and well packaged to boot 8)
When compared to OEM, they are exactly the same, an unknowing LR dealer even commented the same

Crikey, that's a handy link, thank you.
It's almost worth a drive to Romford for me to have them fitted and try and do something whilst in the area.
I could attempt to fit the myself but dont really like potentially screwing it up myself for the sake of £100

They look spot on
Tell me, did you get your rear windows tinted or were they like that from factory?
I like the % tint you've got and need to get mine done.

Here's the thing......I don't know
We only picked up the car about a month ago. From the VIN decoder on Topix, it says it has Optikool glass, but I'm not sure of that means the privacy tint or not. If it's not factory, it's a very good job, but just not sure what it is.
Sorry I can't help more

Thanks, done a few jobs over the last few weeks since we got it:
LED's (interior, reg plate and reversing), upgraded the H7 bulbs, Black/Silver badges throughout, side steps, remote FBH activated (site sponsor Geoff) and fitted an RLD spare wheel protector. Also fitting security screws to the rear lights
I've not had the time to get some pictures yet, but will post some up next weekend

LED bulbs are on my list too.
What model do you have? Any idea how many bulbs are needed for an XS model and what type? (Or being really cheeky, a link to the place you purchased from?)

An alternative to side steps are the side bars.....they are easier to fit,and you don't have to butcher the cills as they bolt straight into pre-existing chassis holes.
Makes them easier to remove also,if you're planning on going off-road at any time

they look pretty good in black.
Are they expensive?
If they are as easy to fit as this, then simple.

that's a lot of bracketry hanging underneath to get snagged.....we have LR CENTRE stainless tubes about 275 quid...very pleased but you do have to drill the plastic sill to fit them to existing chassis holes..inside the sill
