First tinker
Hi all
New to site , first time I've got some tools out to tinker with a car ( sad I know)
Only checked the tailgate struts all fine .
Plus cleaned map sensor before

Compared to what some of you guys do it's nothing:D
Any way thanks to forum as I would 1- never have known about these things
2- never would have tried it!

I had my first tinker at the weekend - squeaky parking brake!

Welcome and good luck with the tinkering
Folks here are very very knowledgable and there is sooooo much help and support to fix and do stuff yourself. I've decided to begin learning about cars with my D3! I've done a few bits myself, but nothing major compared to the abilities of many on the forum, but it's saved me money and I've enjoyed doing things
As you have probably seen, there are loads of 'how to' guides on the Wiki and remember that the search function is your friend

Isofix car seat, Isofix baby seat base, crushed carpet crisps, sticky leather seats (next to Isofix car seat), upgraded front rubber cup holder things, wired up USB charge and audio for my iphone, side steps, de-tango'd lights, H7 OSRAM Nighbreakers, LED side lights, LED reverse lights, clear repeaters, Narpy Grill... tools I don't know how to use.... yet..
