| Help. FBH cuts out after 5 mins on Altox |

Hi,
I have a problem with my FBH and Altox app. I have the schedule set up and it’s been working fine but recently it has started to cut out after 5 mins of running and gives the error code 05 (flame already detected). I start it again manually in the app and then it’s hit and miss if it does this again. I have cleared error codes on the altox app and with the gap IID. I have also run the FBH via the gap and no problems come up. Please help.

I've no experience of the Altox, but as far as I can see, the GAP only does a 300s (ie 5 mins) test fire of the FBH, so I'm not sure that you can conclude that it is running longer than the 5 mins you are seeing on the Altox? Previously:
