Off Roading Tip
Now this will make you all fall over and laugh, but it works. I will laugh now before you lot.
OK, to avoid nasty little scratches and abrasions when off roading I have a brilliant little tip for you that has come from the pro's, yes it is used and is true.
Take some industrial cling film and stick it along the sides of the car, not running round the item as they do in a warehouse and locking the Mrs inside and voila protected 8)

yep, seen that before, considered getting some for Rockingham, but didn't want to look a t
a lot of softroading sites fit it to customers vehicles as a matter of course, mainly to prevent damage claims
[edited to add] if there's sufficient interest, I can get some for the Welsh weekend

If you know where to get the industrial strength stuff, why not. We can be known as the cling film team, still makes me smile thinking of 9 D3's with cling film round them

I don't know if this is applicable, but some tin can draggers use it to cover their windows, but sometimes it damages them by crazing up and stick to them.
