Discovery 4 Tailgate Stay Wire Cassette Query
The nearside tailgate stay wire on my Disco 4 is damaged because the rewind has become weak and because I'm a bit clumsy . Does the replacement cassette you supply come with a new wire or is that supplied separately – the illustration suggests that it is a separate item?2010 D4 HSE Ipanema Sand on GY DTs (was on GG ATs)

When I replaced mine on my D3, which appears to be the same part, the cassette came with the wire.

Where are you purcasing the cable and casstte from?
