Need a favour...car is stuck in normal ride height only

Hi all,

My car is stuck in normal ride height only, after many hours on here it's looking like a ride height sensor! But my problem is being able to get the codes read. Has anyone got the equipment and time to help me out until I get my IID pro Thumbs Up you will be suitably rewarded Thumbs Up

Many thanks

Bradley

Had the codes read and the following code appeared:
U0132 - Ride height sensor as I thought Rolling Eyes

Would an IID pro be able to pinpoint where the faulty sensor is? Or with the code being a 'U' would something else be throwing that code up?

Cheers

U0132 is a comms error, not a height sensor Confused

Still a comms error which can usually be cleared and ignored.

What code reader are you using. Some generic types will not read suspension codes, only the comms erros

They are for mainstream cars, but not for LR models. They will cover engine management, but that's about it

There are many different Snap-On diagnostic machines with varying level of updates installed; some of these just do not read the codes from all modules. Some Snap-On machines are outstanding and I really like the latest Verus. Heck of a price though and the updates are eyewateringly expensive.

Hi Bradders

Why don't you ask Geoff to read your faults etc, he is based around your way, and knows these cars well?
