Air suspension uneven on high setting |
|
Haven't owned a LR since a S3 long time ago.
Am looking at privately buying a D3, have had an inspection carried out, 2 things concern me:
I noted high road noise when I tested the vehicle, this has been commented on in the report as due to worn economy tyres, sounds right to me, but any comments out there?
Also noted that the RH shocks do not raise to the same height as the LH when set on high. Is this something serious?, compressor was replaced 2013.

If the rest of the car is up to scratch, sounds like some decent negotiating points.

Being more serious, the suspension can be levelled by anyone with the correct diagnostic tools and as long as it's not losing pressure, just an adjustment and agree, worn tires can make a racket but I stick with my first comment, negotiate a better price as tires and suspension adjustment aint free.

Thanks, the tyres I have covered, but i might go for a bit more for the suspension.
