Well, two busy weeks coming up and the D3:s will be treated like a lady.
Questions? I have never done so much on a car before and get lots of inputs and DIY from you here.
Everything has worked out. Wishbones were a hell on some places with rusty bolts/nuts but it all is now fixed. New oil, new filters, brakes and so on. Car is in really good shape with all parts changed. Perhaps one of Swedens nicer D3:s.

Welcome TMPolice
Make sure you keep the pictures coming as nothing keeps a LR owner happier than pics of modded motors.
BTW, Gary here, what's your name mate?

One parking sensor Rear stopped working. I managed to get it out without remove the bumper. Very, very tight. Well got it lose and changed it. Did it work NOT! Probably a bad wire. So the bumper gonna come of and i might as well paint the frame under at the same time.

Update
Update
Almost every part is now changed on the car. Going to put some pics really soon.
Everything has worked out good. Well not prefect but the car is upgraded and in really good condition.
Had some problem to get the sidesteps lose and they had rubbed through the paint and was little rusty. No spacers between the sidesteps and the car! What the f**k! Gonna fix it with new paint (get ride of the rust first) and then put som nylon spacers and put the treesliders on the car. Sumpguard is also coming on the car asap.

Black smoke and lack of power.
Well, after all fixings I went for the first ride in higher speed with the car. Lower=no problem.
Ride was good. Stepped on the accelerator and allmost nothing happned. Well I blinded the Cars behind with black thick smoke. Thoughts were: turbo broken, egr-blanking something wrong, engine total brakedown, intercooler hose.
Troubleshooting....car was fine before all changings also egr was fine. So start with checkinng hoses and egr-blanking. Hoses fine. Looking at the egr blanking plates. Took them of and found that one o-ring was out of place. Put it back were it should be. Tried the car and problem solved. Happy thoughts.
So a 2mm gap caused no power, LOTs of black smoke.
