Anyone recommend a campsite near the UK terminal for a overnight stay so can get an early train with caravan
Have looked at sites and CL's on the CC website but thought I might as well ask my favourite forumD4 2010 HSE Santorini Black

We used Black Horse this year, think you can depart at any time!

If you use black horse farm tell them you have a early departure and they will put you near the exit and it's much more spacious. It's about 15 mins from the tunnel

We use the drum inn at Stanford when going abroad via Eurotunnel.
i think from memory it was about£15-£20 per night with electric, nice food and ales at the inn,
We tend to eat there that way the motorhome stays cleaner for that but longer
I'd advise booking as they busy up in peak periods.

When you looking to go, Dales Acers caravan club site at Hythe is ver very good but not open all year round, it is about 25 minutes from the tunnel.MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Remember to look under the car in the morning in case anyone has strapped themselves on for illegal entry to the UKClub Narpy Torch

He has been proved right, now there is only bust!
Booked for May and August - possibly only will be August for a stopover so we get an early start to Chanteloup
