cant help on that but in a similar fashion when i was cleaning the inside of a brand new MY14 i noticed what looked like a red pull pull toggle, gentle working my way around in case it was some sort of air bag test pull i eventually noticed it was a dog trainer whistle with the elastic cord caught under the chair rail!
