When purchasing from the shop, what are our options for paying?
Does it have to be done through paypal or can standard credit/debit cards be given and the money deduced?

PayPal is the credit/debit card handling system for the shop - you should be able to use the PayPal option without having a PayPal account  06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
