Interchangeable rims between Disco 3 and 4

Hello All

Can anyone tell me if the 19 inch rims, which came as standard on the Discovery 3 HSE models are interchangeable with the Discovery 4? Needing an extra spare for an expedition into Botswana, and trying to avoid having to buy the very expensive 18 inch Compomotive rims. 2 x 19 inch spares should suffice.
