updated list of closures on Salisbury plain

Some new emergency closures have been put in place, including Chitterne 1 & 2

Please spread the word as repair of these lanes is essential to maintaining a sustainable network of byways on the plain. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

A lot of the permanent ones are historic. There's one on there that has been closed since 1973. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
