[For Sale] For Sale: Discovery 3 V8 HSE
54 plate Disco 3 V8 HSE Auto for sale 119,000 miles. Tonga green with light interior. FLRSH (last service at Hunters, Derby at 112500 miles earlier this year), superb condition both in and out. New Goodyear Wrangler tyres all round and new spare, long MOT, tax to Feb 14.
Absolutely no faults whatsoever; software update to allow clock on dash; latest Sat Nav disc; heated front and rear seats; roof mounted DVD, fridge, full updated Bluetooth, Alpine digital radio linked to Aux port, all usual HSE extras. Two keys, full history, etc.
Recent new rear discs and pads all round; electronic handbrake replaced at last service (circa £700!!).

Mmmmmm.
That's really difficult, but to cut to the chase, £8750 is the sort of ball park. I think that's a great price, but I do want it gone. Pictures to follow.
VERY reluctant sale, very sad to see it go.
First to come and see it and drive it will without doubt, buy it.

Just a few other tempting quickies....
Full alpine roof with front electric sunroof (which doesn't leak!!); air suspension is 100% perfect, it doesn't use so much as a thimble full of coolant, iPOD interface via the Alpine digital radio; did I mention the fridge ( )....and all the other usual bits and bobs....
Garaged and generally pampered, never been off-road, a truly tremendous car.

Couldn't help it!
Well, I'm too impulsive by far. Having ordered a new 2014MY HSE and quickly sold my V8 HSE I missed the D3 experience too much, so have today bought Chris' lovely green/alpaca car. Having just driven back from Nuneaton to Bristol in it, it feels even tighter than my old D3, despite being a year and 40,000 miles older and with the added bonus of bluetooth, DAB radio and iPhone connectivity.
So, just need to sell the 1998 BMW 523i SE (I know) I bought as a runaround that sits forlornly the drive
And if anyone is looking for a solid V8 around end Jan/early Feb, this one will be for sale again then
