Nothing happening when ignition turned
Help needed, after opening my 2006 2.7 manual and turning the ignition to position 2 I get all system check ok but when turning to position 3 and to start everything goes out the only thing observed is a faint airbag warning light,
I have 12.32 vdc on the battery, and after a half hour as I have not checked sooner I am able to do a system check all lights radio sat nav etc are back but again turn ignition and all is lost.
Could this be a starter motor problem,

It could be but start with the basics - check the battery terminals, charge the battery, consider a jump start, check voltage on cranking etc.

Thanks Robbie, and a big thanks to Disco Mikey. Was able to jump start car and get myself down to Halfords for a new battery, and so far things are all good..
