If I were closer I'd pick it up and look after it for you, just so you know it's in safe hands of course.
Look forward to the pics. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Your local dealer! It's amazing what you can get if they are trying to meet their end of month/quarter targets.
I paid the balance a few days early even though I can't pick up until Friday.D4 HSE MY2015

I felt lucky getting to the nearest petrol station!
I like Duckworths but my lord they were tight with the fuel on a £50k+ car.

1st time collecting a car from my dealer when both mine and SWMBOs were both full! Also flowers for Ali when she collected hers too! Someone has been on a course somewhere I suspect! Not that their service has been anything other than great previously My17 Volvo XC90 Inscription

So, full of excitement, I went to get the new HSE on Friday. Firstly, went through the trade-in paperwork and handed over my MY2011. Then to the new one. I had had a number of serious issues during the ordering stage so the sales guy and I decided to go through the order list before "presenting" me with the new vehicle.
Bottom line is that the interior was the wrong colour!
The upside is that the dealer was superb at rectifying this problem. I took the car and they ordered me a new one straight away! Two new cars in 2 months can't be bad! Plus a few other incentives to say "sorry" so I drove away fairly happy and not too disappointed.
As an aside, I pointed out that the wheels were also not as ordered. The upgraded option had been fitted. It turns out that the factory had run out of standard wheels and put these on instead!

We had that with the wheels too! I had specced them on mine but not on Ali's so I only ended up paying for one upgrade set! Mind you, they do make for nervous manoeuvring in tight spaces. Diamond turned alloys are not a simple fix if you ding them They look great though

Only trouble is that they show much more of the inner hub and these readily show rust.D4 HSE MY2015
