[Wanted] Rock/Tree sliders |
|
Anyone got any they don't want at a reasonable price. New ones are just a bit out of reach at the moment. Don't mind the condition as long as they are straight.
I know they are heavy so local (ish) all the better.
Cheers

Would be interesting how much they would come out at in a group buy.
If anyone has any contacts feel free to find out

You never know when the urge will surface again Plus it must be getting close to another outing soon.
Have drooled over the new Prospeed sliders/steps but just know I won't be getting any anytime soon.

I've been keeping my side steps on for protection. I've had to repair them when I get home almost every time I go green laning. The only place no repairs was needed was the Lake District with the low rangers. But I think a set of rock sliders are a must have item for off road. You never know when you will need them.

Andy me too they are expensive for what they are even though I'm not after anything shiny.

Not sure on cost of the new ones but with the addition of the infill they just look like a tidy set of steps to make it easier for SWMBO to get in & out, so you could argue they're really not sliders at all

Me too they are the dogs danglers everything that I'd want. I do like my steps for on road but I extra protection for when I go off road. Something that isn't going to bend easily like the side steps. I might design and build my own set. It might take me a while but I'm in no rush.
