Wanted - gear box flush Suffolk??

Just been up to the Lakes to visit family for a few days and noticed the car juddering when going up hill. This has obviously not been noticed in flat Suffolk!!

Is this a sign of gear box flush needed? If so is there anyone in the Suffolk area that can do it?
