Hi all I've had my discovery 3 for just over a year now and needed to get some new tyres so went to a local tyre fitter the bloke that was going to fit them asked if I had put it in jacking mode and told me to lower the car until it was in the locked position and said something about if it wasn't in that mode then it would damage it any way he left the tail gate open and Jack the car on the box section that the side tred rails bolt to not on the wishbone.he fitted 2 front tyres and did a puncher in the rear passenger side jacking it the same way on the box section I drove home all ok but a few days later I've got a amber warning light saying suspension fault I've got my brother to read the fault codes on his snap on Solus pro and it gave u0416 and c1a20 .The only thing we can think of is there is a wiring loom behind that rear passenger wheel that he thinks is likely to be the course rubbing on the suspension. The fault comes on at different speeds more when you go over a bump is this a lose wire or chafed through .will try to have a look at the loom next week thanks
First thing to do is check your brake bulbs and switch.
