Is there a workaround for not having the T4 to bleed the system (or is that just LR being overly cautious?)2006 TDV6 HSE Wrapped Matt Black STOLEN NOT RECOVERED
ISTR you only need teh T4 (or other suitable tool) if you get air in the ABS block, otherwise just bleed as normal. I.e. pump as much fluid out of the reserve and then fill with fresh and keep bleeding each corner until the fresh stuff comes out.
Well, thats how I'd do it anyway.Mark.

you are looking at a little less than 1 liter. I guess to rememberthat there was a particular sequence to follow.
Rear right
front left
rear left
front right
I am not following this sequence and have not encountered any problem yet.Achim

Used a gunsons eezibleed to do mine. Use a bit more brake fluid than is required, but at least you know it's all new fluid and you should have no air in the system on completion if you follow the instructions. Also the added bonus of being able to do it by yourself.Discovery 4 HSE

Remember when people used to empty the reservoir with a baster and then fill with fresh just to change some of it?Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948
