Brand new D4 HSE with creaky dash syndrome -TSB? |
|
I have a one month old D4 HSE that I've just driven around France for a few weeks on our holiday. Really annoyingly, it has a creaky dash. I seem to recall that there was a TSB for this, but am surprised that LR can't build them with the creaky bits padded. It's not a major nightmare, but it's annoying. My wife, who is the primary driver, hadn't noticed of course.
I've looked in Topix, but don't really know my way around it.
If anyone can point me the way of a fix I'd be grateful. (Even more so if someone can show me a TSB in German!)

Have you spoken to your dealer? I'd have thought that would be the most expedient way of dealing with it personally?

Yes, your right. My my dealer is German and useless. They fight everything. If I had the TSB it would be easier. I'll be back in the UK in a month or so and can sort it then. PAGODA

Motolite,perfect. Thanks so much!
Discojake: well spotted, thanks! I'm a member of another very small classic car forum. They count posts as well, but they also show the total time logged on since joining in days, hours and minutes: I'm at 15 days, 6 hours and something. What a depressing statistic! Must get out more... PAGODA
