I stumbled upon this while looking through ebay

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&...1308031908

Anybody got one fitted?

Was wondering whether anyone has any real feedback from use? or if they can even be fitted if you already have a BAS remap?

Thanks

Ade

How often do you have to turn off the A/C in order to cross quickly a road with traffic?

Are they serious? Rolling Eyes

Hmmm - Me thinketh it is a very expensive way of pressing the pedal harder!!!!

If all it does is alter the signal from the ECM to the ECU then effectively all it is doing is tricking the ECU into thinking you've pressed the pedal harder than you actually have done.

Love the bit about not changing programmes with the throttle pedla pressed as the car will suddenly change - i.e. speed up as it has just told the ECU you've got your foot down harder than you have!!!!!

Wouldn't waste my money I'm afraid - go BAS instead Thumbs Up

It's not clear whether you already have a BAS remap?

If you have then I would do nothing more, except possibly a new larger intercooler, and blank the EGRs if that hasn't been done.

If you haven't - that's the way to go.

If you needed/could safely get more out of your engine it could be done with one remap.

You could map the engine such that it would destroy itself so there's no need for anything else.
