TV problem on D3 HSE

Hi All,
I just recently had a problem where the TV picture is fine but there is a screeching sound which also goes on when the radio is switched on. I can cancel it on the mode selector and the radio works fine, but TV still has the problem. Any ideas? Also, any good non OEM electrical/audio technicians in Oxfordshire region that can be recommended?
