New D4 front discs and pads

Is there a procedure for bedding them in or is it just take it easy for the first few hundred miles? I know about the process for the epb but can't t find anything for the fronts.

Have to say I've change discs and pads on other cars and never really bothered other than taking it easy for the first few hundred miles. I assume that's what I need to do again or is there another normal way of doing it.
