Door Lock - appears to be different to other issues

Passenger door unlocks with remote and with button on dash - plus it locks on drive off

However when you stop vehicle and open drivers door releasing all other doors the black tab does not pop out on the passenger door. If you try to pull it out it just reverts to the lock position meaning you cannot open the door.

Pressing the central locking unlock button pops the black tab out and you can open the door - seems like a link between the black tab and the lock is missing
