| 3rd Row Seat Backing Removal and Fitting |

I would like to remove the carpeted backing on the third row seat panels to be able to fit tie downs for my refrigerator. Does anyone have pointers on how to effectively remove the backs from both the seat back and seat panels? Pic attached to show what I am trying to accomplish.

Lift the bottom and pull hard enough as the backing is only pushed in betweenthe leather trim edge and sewat frame as far as i recall
