Front bushs ?

Hi all I have seen lots of threads on standard/polly bush. I had a PT CRUISER all heavy on bushs, I completely renewed ever bush on the car and this totally transformed the car in every way. But the main difference they used a special grease, so they moved freely. I have some spare and wonder if this would make a difference ? Shocked
