Cracked Instrument Panel
Hi All,
I've only had my Disco III for two weeks and this happens... No reason, jumped in the car Saturday morning and there it was. Is this a common thing?
I think it's on the inside as I can't actually 'feel' the crack.
Was rather shocked to hear that the whole instrument panel was £220 from the dealer, shocked as in "Christ, that's cheap!"

I would guess its been removed for some reason to do that, don't a new one or replacement have to be programmed in?It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Not common AFAIK, and yes for some reason Instrument packs are not that expensive, at least until LR read this thread
If you did fit an entire replacement, then this would need to be programmed as it contains your vehilces CCF data, but you could just swap the front clear plastic part with yours and save this cost.
Alternatively Ebay is a source for cheaper solutions for replacements
