Dash Removal

I've pushed, pulled and poked but I can't get the dash off. I wish to mount a tom tom 910 in the sat nav spot on a base model and have read a couple of threads regarding connecting Ipods to the Aux input and seen pics of the dash face removed to mount the tom tom but how do you get the b........ dash off.

Also where is the best place around the dash or console to pick up unswitched power for a UHF radio

Give it a good tug both sides at the bottom of the side pieces. Shocked
Once the bottom clips are free it should be easy to remove.

dash panel

I agree about the clips. I bought a clip and the LR snorkel from the dealer. The clip was $6.00 and the snorkel $600, I know what was the better value. Put a smear of lube on the clips and they still hold the panel OK but it comes away much easier from then on. I used one of those solid lube sticks that you use on door catches etc.
