Difference between MY2012 and MY2013 SA spec

I recently upgraded to a D4 and notice my Oct 2012 (MY2013 spec?) has some changes to a colleagues' April 2012 model. Mainly the screen software looks different and both screens (satnav and console screen) has a better resolution. What other difference are there between the two? (both have 6 speed gearboxes) 2012 LR Discovery SDV6 SE
