A question for any ROW experts

Did the NERC act remove motorised vehicular rights from Ratione Tenure (RT) routes? We have one locally which is also a bridleway but is used as access by some of the local villagers.

There might be an argument about to start about the threat of a gate being locked. Does the public right for vehicular use still exist or did it get extinguished? MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added

By no means a RoW expert, but in 2007, post NERC, the status of RT routes in the YDNP was still being argued about, so rights cannot have been automatically extinguished.
