upgrading front bumper from basic to top spec

hi there, i have a 2007 disco pursuit based on the gs model and want to replace the front bumper with a new one with spots, parking sensors and headlamp washers. Can anyone advise me if wiring will all be there and is it a simple job, many thanks, chris
