Ipod, steering wheel controls and Front Fogs

First post so bear with me.

I'm the proud owner of a Pursuit LE. I know its not one for all of you (too bling) but its my first LR and I love it.

I have 3 questions.

First one is an old subject - Ipods. I've seen the genuine LR product from Yeovil Land Rover. Has anyone fitted it? Is it straightforward or really one for the experts? Its the best solution I can see for the base radio.

Secondly, the steering wheel controls. I understand my standard steering wheel comes pre wired for the stereo controls. If so, is the fit of the controls easy to do bearing in mind the very close proximity of the airbag?!?!. What Ipod control does it offer me?

Lastly, my car didnt come with the fogs in the front bumber mouldings. Is there a retro fit anywhere?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to DISCO3 Mr. Green

For the iPod connector, have a look at Topic #8665 , as well as the galleries here and here to give you some idea of what's involved.

For the buttons, have a look at Topic #3843 - I believe the controls offer you next/previous track when in iPod mode Smile

For the fogs, I think there are a couple of people who have done this, have a look here Smile

Ipod connector is very easy. Definetly not a job for the experts and is an easy diy task. I have pics in my gallery.
