Help...Knaresborough, North Yorks to Yeovil or Taunton
Had a bit of a mishap with our glass panelled induction hob the other day which has left it with a big crack across
Have managed to locate a ex showroom display one at fraction of new but it's in Knaresborough
Anybody local who could pop in and inspect it and if all ok take it away until I can find a suitable means of getting it back home as its eBay with buy it now so need to work quick

I'm local and could inspect & store it in Knaresborough but can't help much with transport. I could probably get it as far South as Rotherham next week on Friday.

Looks like quite a few people are going to the show in Harrogate 18th/19th May. Harrogate and Knaresborough are only a couple of miles apart if that helps.

I will be travelling from Manchester (Trafford Centre) to County Durham via M62/A1 this coming Saturday and coming back Sunday morning via Marsden near to Huddersfield and then on to Manchester.
Back down M6/M5/A30 to Cornwall on 25th May

JonM has now got the hob at his place in Knarsborough so is there any chance we can revisit the onward movement from him down towards the South West ?
ideally would like this as soon as i can (as currently cooking on a cracked cooker hob ) so if can get to somewhere North round the M5 or Midlands area i'm more than willing to drive up that way to collect if makes it easier
